Leo Terrazas
Leo Terrazas is a business development associate at Mimms Enterprises. He has been working at Mimms since 2005. During his tenure at Mimms, Leo has experienced many facets of the commercial real estate business including, asset management, sales and acquisitions, construction, leasing, and financing.
Leo is a licensed Georgia broker. He is a member of the CCIM Institute, where he has served on the board since 2015, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Leo is a board member of the Fellowship Christian School. Leo graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees.
Leo is active in the Fellowship Bible Church, where he has taught Sunday school for many years. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children.
